Tourtière is a traditional meat pie from Quebec, Canada. It is widely eaten during winter holidays, but it is also prepared as a regular family meal. The pie is filled with ground meat, onions, and warm spices. The texture is firm but juicy inside, with a flaky pastry crust. It is baked in a round pie dish and served in slices. This version follows a classic home-style preparation.

SpinThatCuisine Tip 💡
Let the filling cool slightly before assembling the pie. Hot filling can make the bottom crust soft before baking.
