Ingredients
- 1 eggplant, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 150 g green beans
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 50 ml water
- salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add tomato and cook until slightly soft.
- Add all vegetables and stir gently.
- Add soy sauce and water.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender but still hold shape.
- Season with salt if needed.
- Serve warm.
