This is a very common Thai home dish. It is simple and light but full of flavor. It uses garlic, soy sauce and fresh vegetables. It is eaten with jasmine rice.

Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, chopped
- 100 g mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (vegetarian version possible)
- 1 tsp sugar
For serving:
- Jasmine rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add harder vegetables first (carrot, broccoli). Stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
- Add cabbage and mushrooms. Cook 2-3 more minutes.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Mix well.
- Cook until vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
- Serve hot with jasmine rice.
