Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Add milk and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead briefly until smooth.
- Divide dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball into a round shape.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry each piece until puffed and golden on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towel.
- Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar and serve warm.
