Ingredients
- 800 g potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp flour
- ½ onion, grated
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
For serving:
- Sour cream
Instructions
- Peel and grate potatoes finely.
- Squeeze out excess liquid.
- Mix with egg, flour, onion, salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Spoon mixture into small pancakes.
- Fry 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with sour cream.
