
Brigadeiro is the most famous Brazilian dessert. It is made with condensed milk and cocoa powder. Almost every Brazilian birthday party has brigadeiro.

Ingredients
- 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- Chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- In a small pot, add condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter.
- Place on low heat. Stir constantly so it does not burn.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes.
- The mixture is ready when it becomes thick and you can see the bottom of the pot for 2-3 seconds while stirring.
- Transfer to a plate and let cool completely.
- Grease your hands with a little butter.
- Roll into small balls.
- Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles.
- Serve at room temperature.
