Arepa Burger is a popular Colombian street food variation where two arepas are used instead of a traditional bread bun. It is commonly sold from street carts in larger cities, especially in the evening. The filling usually includes seasoned beef, melted cheese and fresh toppings. This version keeps the authentic street style while being easy to prepare at home.
