Leche Flan (Filipino Caramel Custard)

Leche Flan (Filipino Caramel Custard)

Leche Flan is a classic Filipino dessert made with a rich egg custard topped with a smooth caramel layer. Compared to other flans, it is denser and creamier due to the higher egg content. It is commonly served chilled and is known for its glossy surface and melt-in-the-mouth texture. This dessert is often prepared for special occasions but is simple enough to make at home.
