Ingredients
- 150 g millet couscous (or small couscous as substitute)

Instructions
- Cook millet couscous according to package instructions.
- Let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla.
- Add cooked millet and mix well.
- Stir in raisins if using.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve cold.
