Tunnbrödsrulle is a very popular Swedish street food. It is sold at kiosks and fast food stands across the country. It is made with soft flatbread wrapped around a grilled sausage, mashed potatoes, shrimp salad, and crispy onions. The combination may sound unusual, but it is very common in Sweden. People often eat it as a quick lunch or late-night snack. This home version keeps the traditional street-style flavors.
