Raggmunk is a traditional Swedish potato dish. It is eaten across the country, especially as a simple home meal. It is made from grated potatoes mixed into a pancake-style batter and fried until golden and crisp on the outside. Traditionally, it is served with lingonberry jam. Many people also serve it with bacon, but this version is fully vegetarian and follows a common home-style preparation.

SpinThatCuisine Tip 💡
Do not make the pancakes too thick. Thin pancakes cook more evenly and become crisp on the outside while staying soft inside.
